Eating healthy helps you live longer and makes your brain work more efficiently, making you more alert and mentally sharp and alert. A healthy diet can treat or prevent certain diet-related diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol and heart problems, cancer, high blood pressure and obesity.

Failure to eat a healthy diet can lead to the manifestation of several symptoms that can be clearly identified by your external appearance, such as: E.g. adult acne, dry skin, mouth or tongue ulcers, dark circles under the eyes or anemia. Other common symptoms that indicate that your body is suffering due to lack of healthy nutrition include bad breath, constipation, poor digestion, irritability, frequent headaches and depression, poor memory, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, etc.
