Cold and flu season doesn't end with winter and low temperatures. You can catch a cold or flu at any time of the year.

Here is some advice and great natural remedies you can use to prevent or successfully fight a cold or flu if you have already caught it:

-Ginger is one of the most effective remedies for preventing or fighting colds and flu. Make an infusion. Add a teaspoon of ginger to a glass of boiling water for 20-30 minutes, add honey if you wish, and drink 3-5 times a day. You can also add a green tea to double the effect.

-If you suffer from cough, make the same infusion as mentioned above but also add cinnamon, freshly squeezed lemon juice and cloves. If you want, you can also add fresh peppermint. Drink this during the day.

-Garlic and onion are known as “cold and flu enemies,” but you need to know how to prepare them properly. They need to be chopped into small pieces and kept open for 10-15 minutes - after which they would have their maximum strength. Then you can add them to your food or put them in the plate and leave it in your room for a day or night. They kill any bacteria in the environment, protect the atmosphere in your room and even help you fight the cold or flu if you have already caught one.

-If you don't want to eat, don't force yourself, your body needs some rest, even after eating just keep drinking pure water or tea with fresh lemon juice. However, if you get hungry, try something light, for example oatmeal or buckwheat would be a good choice to start with, and then consider CHICKEN SOUP as your next meal. This soup is known to be a very strong substance that fights bacteria and gives energy to those who feel weak after the cold is almost over, it helps to recover. Of course I mean NATURAL HOMEMADE CHICKEN SOUP, not from concentrate.

-If you have a runny nose, do not use anything to dry it, which means your organism is trying to eliminate toxins and is doing so through your nose. To speed up this process and reduce nasal leakage, rinse your nose and gargle with WARM SALT WATER. Add ¾ teaspoon of SEA SALT to 0.5 liters of warm water and use this infusion. You can also add 3 drops of 5% iodine. Do it every 2 hours and you will be amazed by the results for the next day.

Note: Do not do this procedure before going outside, do it when you stay at home, the last time it should be done before going to bed.

-The only and very effective method to help you get well soon is: Using a DRY MUSTARD POWDER. This method has been used for centuries. At the first sign of a cold or flu, take a dry mustard powder, put it in socks, put them on and go to sleep with socks on. Take off your socks in 2 (two) hours. If you are lucky, you can get up the next morning completely healthy, with no signs of cold, if you have already caught a cold, the cold can go away much faster and easier, just apply this powder every night for at least three nights. If you can't find mustard powder, just take some rubbing alcohol and rub your feet vigorously until you feel a heat down there, then immediately put your socks on and go to bed.

Note: If you have any questions or specific physical complaints, consult your doctor before performing any of these procedures.
