A guide for Reiki
Reiki is a healing art that has its origin in Japan. It is assumed that this art was created in Tibet when Tibetan monks studied energies and developed a system of sounds and symbols for universal healing energies. This art was lost over time. At the end of the 19th century, Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese Christian educator in Kyoto, Japan, looking for this healing art to the United States and India. After studying the original Buddhist Holy Writings in Sanskrit, he rediscovered the wisdom of Reiki healing and returned to Japan. The Reiki science, which developed in Tibet a long time ago, was traced and developed in Japan.
The word Reiki consists of two words - "Rei" and "Ki". The word "Rei" means free passage or transcendental spirit. The word "AI" means vital life energy or universal life energy. The practice of Reiki includes elements of almost any other alternative naturopathy such as spiritual healing, auras, crystals, chakra compensation, meditation, aromatherapy, naturopathy and homeopathy. The uniqueness of Reiki lies in this mixture of various holistic therapies.
The art of Reiki works according to the principle of energy compensation. The energies are transferred to the patient by the practitioner. This improves the body's natural ability to heal itself by balancing energy itself. Reiki serves as healing therapy. There are specific techniques for restoring and compensating for natural life energy in the body that are used in this science. This makes Reiki a holistic science that uses a natural, practical energy healing system that affects all levels: body, mind and soul.
There are many forms of Reiki that are practiced today. The two most important forms are the Usui System of Natural Healing and the Radiance Technique. Reiki has developed from a spiritual art into a science that can heal different diseases. Today, practicing Reiki services offer to heal a number of diseases and bring peace and harmony to the human body. Reiki has proven to be useful when treating a number of diseases. Reiki was first introduced in the western world in the mid -1970s. Then Reiki spread quickly all over the world.
