Getting to know the founder: Sadie Frost from Frostbody
There are women in our lives where it seems to be well thought out, planned, organized and executed. They cross all the criteria all the time: all rings of their Apple Watch close, never got stuck because of the school run or too late, and always hit their yoga mat - always. We are sure that you also have these people in your life (we know that we have it!), Which makes everything look so simple. In a fast -moving world, we are looking for Inspiration for thought core and women from all social classes to remember that performance can be fun, but always leaves room for peace, relaxation and mindfulness. We talk to the well -known celebrity, mother and entrepreneur Sadie Frost about her techniques to stay in the middle of the floor and why yoga and meditation are the right way for everyone.
What does creativity mean for you? How do you define it? What inspires you to be creative?
"The interesting thing to be creative is usually a very original drive. It is something that just wants to get out of it. For me, regardless of whether I am making something for frost body, directing, providing or writing a piece.

How did you get into this industry? What was your first job?
"I was involved in many different careers, but I have been designing different brands for about 25 years. I had more than one job at the same time, but that was created when I originally wanted to shape with like -minded people. I founded Frostfrench 1999 with Jemima French in 1999."
Why is it important for consumers to continue looking for careful and integrative brands? What can you do to support you further?
"It is so important to support independent and smaller brands, otherwise everything will thrive the same and only the large companies. It is important to support young designers and do -it -yourselfers, it should be a place for everyone. Larger brands often have the worst record in terms of social responsibility."
Why is careful and sustainable production important?
"In a world of mass consumption we wanted to offer a collection that is well procured (recycled fibers), is well processed, the environment can be loaded as little as possible and worn for the coming seasons, not just a disposable product."
end these sentences: "Always ..." and "never ..."
"Always be positive, never negative."
What does yoga mean for you? What is your favorite pose? What are your other preferred ways to move or move alone or with family/friends?
"Yoga is everything for me, it is what makes me feel completely and healthy in this crazy world. I practice yoga in the morning, because otherwise I could not achieve the satisfaction that I often feel. I wake up before 6 a.m. and make a few different meditations in bed, where I feel warm and safe. Concentrating my metabolism and practicing my breathing.
Favorite product (e) of Yogamatt? Why?
“I love the Yogamatter's travel yoga mat because I am always on the road and it is perfect to take away.
What is your work uniform? What do you wear if you are not at work?
"I like to wear clothes at work in which I can practice or train yoga because I try to use the time. Our frostbody collection can be shifts super, the leggings, for example, can be carried well under a pencil skirt."
What gives you energy and keeps you charging?
"Apple cider vinegar in the morning is great for the metabolism. A nice brisk walk with my sausage dog through Hampstead Heath and healthy vegan food."
Favorite film, book, app, podcast, game at the moment? You can list one or more!
"My favorite show at the moment is 'succession!'"
