Unveiling the true nature of fog: A new study brings groundbreaking knowledge
A new study questions the previous assumption that fog is distant stellare systems. The author of an interesting scientific paper, Mr. Proctor, argues in her last article that the observations of Lord Rosse’s telescope could be misleading. This reminds me of an essay that was published in 1858 and has now been released again in which I discussed the same question. In my work "The Nebular Hypothesis" I doubted the conclusion that fog is distant Stellare systems, a conclusion that was generally accepted in the scientific community at that time.
When I look back on my essay, I find in addition to some of the reasons mentioned by Mr. Proctor to reject this conclusion, another point that he has overlooked. This point is of great importance and supports the skepticism compared to the assumption that fog is removed galaxies.
It is gratifying that the scientific community is still critical today and is not simply accepted, which is observed by modern telescopes. This shows that the pursuit of knowledge and truth continues.
