Full moon release ceremony for cleaning body, mind and soul

The cycle of the moon is 28 days and has a strong impact on our energies. Full moon release ceremony for cleaning body, mind and soul

The cycle of the moon is 28 days and has a strong impact on our energies. While a new moon brings the energies of creation, birth, rebirth and manifestation, the full moon completes this cycle and brings the energies of completion, end, change and the liberation of those things that no longer serve us. The full moon is the ideal time of the month for cleaning rituals, which is why it is the perfect time for your discharge ceremony. The full moon throws its beautiful light on our life, illuminates the things that block or inhibit our spiritual growth, and brings them to our consciousness so that we can recognize and let go. It is a time to let go of what keeps us back so that we can better align ourselves on our divine purpose when we move forward. Perhaps we want to let go of anger, blame, blame, judgment, fear, addiction, illness, illness, past relationships and everything else that brings the negative, low vibrating energies into your life.

While I share the release ceremony that my twin flame Boyd Campbell and I enjoy together every month, I encourage you to follow your own intuition and guidance and to design an release ceremony that is well received by you. If what I share with you, is great with you, great! If not, change it until it works.

This ceremony can be carried out alone or with others. Boyd and I carry out this discharge ceremony every month. It is a monthly cleaning for us and a very important part to keep our energies clearly, bright and at the highest vibration levels. It also prepares us for our manifestation and creation rituals that fall under the new moon, I will tell more about it in my next article.

What will you need:

  • sage or sage incense sticks

  • one of the following; Sweet grass smudge, cedar smudge or incense, frankincense incense, myrrh frankincense, amber frankincense

  • feather

  • Himalaya salt (in a shell)

  • water (in a bowl)

  • black candle

  • Selenit crystals (2)

  • Black Turmalinkristals (2)

  • paper with ballpoint pen or pencil for writing

  • shell or shell smear

  • lighter or matches

1. Start brushing yourself and your ceremonial area, including your altar/holy space, with sage. You can use white sage or white sage smoke sticks. Smoking with sage clarifies all negative energies and leaves your aura and space cleaned - an empty canvas for your liberation ceremony.

2. Now ignite either Sweet Grass Smudge, Cedar Smudge Stick or Cedar Incense, incense, myrrh or amber incense and let it burn during your entire ceremony. Select what is best suited for your special ceremony.

sweet Grass: The essence of the female, known as the breath of Mother Earth. His sweet, vanilla fragrance brings the blessing of the love of Mother Earth. It reminds us that the earth offers everything we need.

cedar: a protective agent. Zeder is used to protect a place, person or an object from unwanted influences. Zeder brings with it the essence and energy of the tree, which is very old and wise. Cedars have very strong spirits.

incense: a tree resin that is used to clean and protect the soul. Incense should alleviate depression and promote clairvoyance.

Myrrh: It is said that this tree resin helps to preserve a state of enlightenment. It is also said that it clears the way of rubble that stands in the way of your own truth, and it connects you to the spirit of youth.

amber: should bring love, comfort, happiness and healing.

3. Now set up your age/sacred space. Boyd and I usually use our table. You want to have each of the four elements; Water, earth, air and fire. You can do this by setting up your bowl with water (water), your bowl with Himalaya salt (earth), your feather (air) and light your black candle (fire). The black candle symbolizes protection and also helps to absorb all negative or low vibration energies that you release. Finally, place your smudge mussel or bowl on your altar / holy space.

4. Black Tourmaline and Selenit - both a must for an release ceremony. Place your crystals in your altar/holy space. You can arrange them as you think it is right. Boyd and I usually place in a square pattern that represents the four directions. The Black Tourmaline is an earthy protective stone that absorbs negativity, cleans, cleans and converts thick energy into a higher vibration. It balances and harmonizes the chakras. Selenit is a vibrating crystal that opens its crown and higher chakras, which does it excellently for spiritual work, it brings peace and peace. It is also a protective stone that shields a person or a room from external influences. It creates protection from the empire of the angels and sells negative energy. The black Tourmaline and the beautiful white selenit also symbolize the balance of the energies yin and yang.

5. Now take a moment to calm down and meditate. You can invite your leaders, angels, ascended masters or whoever you would like to have. If you are ready, write on a sheet of paper that you want to release. If necessary, you can use several pieces of paper. When you're done, roll up the paper and light it on the candle flame and put it in the soot shell or bowl to burn it to ash. Set your intention that what you wrote down will be released when the paper is burned. Say loudly or in thought "That's how it".

6. That's it. You may become emotional when you let go of what you have been doing with you for a long time, that's okay. Go with it. Allow yourself to feel whatever comes through. Accept it, send him compassion and love and let go of it. You will feel much easier as if you were taken away from your shoulders!

important factors to note:

-Use small pieces of paper so that you are contained in your smudge mussel or bowl when you light them.

-For those among them who are attuned to Reiki, use your Reiki throughout the ceremony and when you have been tuned to Reiki symbols, draw them on your papers.
