Melt the margarine in a medium -sized pot over medium heat. Turn up the heat and add zucchini, potatoes and onions. Cover and let it boil for 2 minutes, occasionally shaking the pan so that the vegetables do not stick to the floor. Reduce the heat to medium level and add chicken broth. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Stir in the milk, basil, tarragon, parsley and bean herb. Warm up and serve immediately.
