Ich habe die ganze Zeit geschwitzt. Es war egal, was ich tat. Ob mir heiß oder kalt war, ob ich trainierte oder einfach nur still saß. No More Sweating: How to Stop Sweating Like a Pig

I was sweating the whole time. It didn't matter what I did. Whether I was hot or cold, whether I was exercising or just sitting still. My face would be red and my hair would be a soaking wet mop. I didn't know how to stop sweating. It was so bad that I had to change clothes in the middle of the day.

It was extremely embarrassing! I finally had enough and I decided to find out what was making me sweat like a pig and how I could cure it. I learned that there are a few incredibly simple things a person can do to stop sweating excessively and live a normal life.

First, I learned that diet plays a big role in how much our bodies sweat. Avoiding spicy foods that make the body “hotter” than it really is can help a lot. I also found that excessive sweating can be caused by an overactive thyroid. The thyroid produces hormones by absorbing iodine. Therefore, reducing iodine in the diet can sometimes help.

So I tried to avoid iodine-containing foods like broccoli and liver and iodized salt. That seemed to help quite a bit.

My condition had improved somewhat, but I was still a sweaty mess most of the time. I finally bit the bullet and went to the doctor. He prescribed me a medication called Robinul. I was immediately skeptical because I don't take pills, but I tried it. It worked pretty well. After a few days I was drier than I had been in a long time, but the side effects were terrible. I had constant headaches and dizziness all the time and it seemed like I was trading one miserable state for another. Your mileage may vary with such medications, but I decided they weren't for me.

That's when I decided to find out how to stop sweating naturally. I have come across many natural methods that people have reported great success with. One method that worked very well for me was drinking sage tea. Sage tea works because it has a high proportion of tannins. Tannins are natural compounds that act as a natural astringent in the body. Basically, they dry you out! I drank a mixture of sage tea every day and my sweating problem was probably reduced by 75%. My quality of life has improved dramatically.

If you've had the same problem as me where you don't know how to stop sweating, all I can say is don't give up. I searched and searched until I found a combination of natural techniques that completely healed me. You don't have to live with this miserable condition for the rest of your life.
