Ghee with Ayurvedic medicinal herbs

Ghee with Ayurvedic medicinal herbs
ghee (clarified butter) treats so many health problems - such as restoration of sexual vitality and the lubrication of tissues, nerves and organs. According to Ayurvedic science, GHEE helps to produce healthy sperm, maintain a strong digestive tract and keep your eyes and memory youthful.
Today I would like to give you a medical ghee recipe that brings the healing process a step further. There are many medical gheem mixes (ghee enriched with herbs) that have been known and trustworthy for centuries.
We protect ourselves from hard life
Imagine this: We breathe in a tablespoon of fixed particles every day (we live in a toxic soup). Doesn't it make sense to moisten with rich herbs to keep the tissue super clean and robust? Today's recipe can be used both as a preventive measure and for the treatment of diseases of the neck, nose and ear region. Half a teaspoon daily protects the body from all the invisible toxins that swim around.
I recommend it to everyone who wants to improve their mental vigilance, calm down their nerves and develop a strong focus. Personally, I use it (and prescribe it) to combat allergies, breathing problems and severe headaches. And don't let me forget, this is a fabulous ointment to massage the chakras and bring the energy back into balance.
let me introduce some special ingredients
I would like to introduce you to the herbs that are contained in this medical ghee - and give you an idea of how every single one contributes to the balance and well -being of the body. As I always say: it is good to read the label and know what's going on in you.
Ashwanghanda: Effective in the event of fatigue, weakness, impotence, infertility, arthritis and other problems associated with aging. It is similar to ginseng, but without the overheating or overstimulating side effects.
Brahmi Powder: treats hair loss and skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis
Meluthi Licit powder: ideal for bronchial problems as well as intestinal and urinary tract infections.
shatavari (asparagus racemosus): In India, Shatavari is considered a female equivalent to Ashwagandha. The name means "You who have 100 husbands" and refers to the rejuvenating effect of the herbs on the reproductive organs of women.
Now to the recipe ...
