They have ingrained in our minds what we should do for our bodies based on countless laboratory experiments sponsored by corporate conglomerates.
But how about a more holistic approach to health tips? How about using common sense to listen to your body and learn what it specifically needs or doesn't need to be at its best? Sounds strange? Not if you put it in perspective.
