Here is a quick overview of some common essential oils and their benefits. Try adding these oils to your bath water, or if you can't find the right aromatherapy oils, look for one of the many products that contain these ingredients. In addition to bath and body products, you can also enjoy the aroma of these oils in other products such as scented sachets, candles, and diffusers.

Please note that some essential oils are not suitable for pregnant women and there is a lot of debate (and confusion) about which of them are and which are not. However, if you are not pregnant, go ahead and enjoy…

Lemon – Lemon can help lift your mood and soothe a sore throat.

Lemongrass – May help relax muscles and relieve digestive discomfort.

These are some of the most commonly found oils, but there are many other oils as well. Beauty is as much about the mind as it is about the body and taking time out from the day to relax and unwind is so beneficial. I'm very keen on staying fit and after a hard workout a hot bath with oils like eucalyptus and pine feels so good! Hopefully this post has taught you a little about the different oils so you can choose the products that will benefit you the most.
