1. Either you or a significant other should gently rub your scalp with your fingertips. Use a small amount of baby oil and gently massage it into your scalp for a soothing experience.

2. Cook dry pieces of amla (Indian gooseberry), which you can buy from any Indian or health food store, in coconut oil. Then take the juice you made and mix it with lime juice.
