Do you really lose £ 23 in a period of 3 weeks?
The three-week diet system has gained popularity within a very short time. This program was only developed in 2015. It is actually a plan for weight loss that aims to achieve more positive results very quickly. This plan for healthy eating means that you lose weight quickly - between £ 12 and 20 within just 3 weeks - provided you follow the diet towards the letter.
The majority of the people who start with a plan for healthy eating can basically not achieve their desired destination because they give up before they achieve the desired results. Diets that aim to reduce the weight by two pounds every week is all thorough, but my motivation, like my willpower, decreases pretty quickly, unless I have the compelling opportunity to achieve their weight loss goals.
I'm not alone. A week -long diet with limited results demotivates people and these people tend to no longer try. This was the reason why nutritionist Brian Flatt developed diet every three weeks; A system that caused her body to quickly lose body fat and accelerate weight loss.
It can be difficult to reduce additional fat and then keep the swing to keep your weight. The three -week diet manual does not only tell you what needs to be done for 21 days, but also informs you about what is to be done using the period of three weeks, taking into account the time to keep your new weight.
How does the weekly diet work? The overwhelming 3-week diet plan is the healthier nutrition plan, which consists of 4 different phases.
phase 1 was the most difficult for me. It took and lasted a week and so the phase was, in which I lost most of the weight. At the end of the week I got 9 pounds lighter.

phase 3 was from 9 to 11. That was quite unusual and I lost another 3 pounds.
phase 4 was when it comes to the remaining days, i.e. 12 to 21. The main goal of this 9-day phase would be to continue to lose weight and at the same time return to a better "normal" nutrition. At the end of the phase I was four pounds lower. So less drastic, but still effective.
Like so many diet plans for weight loss, it was both a diet and a training program. The movement plan consists of a daily walk (not too exhausting!) And an optional training that accelerates the fat.

There is no escape. Phase 1 was difficult. It is a 3 meals of every accident diet a day. It is very restrictive in the different types of food and cooking methods that I was only allowed to eat. Fortunately, they had absorbed unlimited amounts of vegetables, and so I was able to submit them beyond the prescribed amounts of meat and fish.
I weighed myself every day and found it really motivating to get access to a needle towards the crawling scale. It was finally a reliable job. I can't deny that I had become hungry and slightly upset until I started drinking coffee again!
I also implement exercises. Again not easy, but to tick separately, really to understand that it was only for a short time, made the difference.
At the end of phase 1 I was besides seeing with joy that I had broken all the previous records and lost 9 full pounds. I remember phase 1 of your eating routine. It felt almost impossible that I would spend their whole week emotionally without fraud - and ok, I cheated little. But after I survived the first week, I soon became pretty thrilled and much thinner.
phase 2
phase 2 is basically a day fast. After the restriction of a certain previous week, it looked as if this was difficult, but frankly I was only shocked when I found that this was one of the simplest days in the entire program. In my opinion, the persecution of the letter opened me for success last week. And again I was just delighted to get another pound easier from the next morning.
I would seriously say that you shouldn't skip fasting phase if you buy diet books every three weeks. There is really a reason for its way of how a nutritious diet is built, and to my surprise it will definitely work.
phase 3
This phase takes 4 days and is undoubtedly the most unusual and most contragital. So much that we started researching it ourselves, be sure that I did the right thing! Fortunately, I found that it wasn't so crazy when I thought, and behind this phase there was actually a solid science if you consider the plan.
I bothered to find this phase quite challenging because it was the very first one in which I had to calculate the calories that I ate. I discovered that it is pretty easy to remove calorie values for almost all foods you could think of from the Internet, and that it is only a question of using scales (more precisely than cups) to ensure that your portion sizes are correct.
I didn't lose very much weight when I expected in this phase, but I think it was considered that I did not start to weigh things, so I found on the 3rd day that my previous estimates were exactly how much I should eat far from the base.

phase 4 - the ultimate countdown. Phase 4 is the longest phase and lasts 9 days. It is about a gradual return to more than normal healthy nutrition. In particular, how many calories you consume daily in this phase depends on your full-body mass index or BMI. There is a section in the manual in which it is explained how you calculate this from your body fat and your body size and how you can work well, which you have to consume according to the result.
I took into account every day and the pounds continued to drop - albeit a little slower. However, I was only pleased to return a highly competent, usually balanced diet, in which no food resources were expressly prohibited (unless I had skipped a page in the manual.
I noticed that my belly fat gradually disappeared and my jeans were less tight - even after they had just been washed! My waist had shrunk by 2 inches and I had the opportunity to tighten my belt by 3 additional holes.
At the end of the phase I was only four pounds lighter.
Is the program for quick weight reduction?
absolutely. I followed the 3-week nutrition routine and lost a total of £ 14.5, apart from a few fraud. I bothered to do most of the mandatory exercises, but not many of the optional workouts. I found training quite difficult, but I am in no way able to start with it. Although it was difficult, the weight I lost in its normal, relatively short time gave a good idea. Certainly I could have lost more if I had better planned, did countless exercises and not betrayed.
I would have the chance to get a handful of weeks without gaining anything or everything back in weight !! Then pass the entire diet again. The other time in phase 1 was much less complicated - I think my forms have been implemented in it and have now not handed over coffee. I have not lost so much weight, but I am now 30 pounds lighter than 8 months ago and for the first time I can honestly say that I am satisfied with my appearance.
The double advantage is that I currently know how I can keep my weight, and even if I am crazy on vacation and take a seat during the few pounds, I am sure that I can lose it again without much effort.
