The three-week diet system has gained popularity in a very short period of time. This program was only developed in 2015. It is actually a weight loss plan that aims to achieve more positive results very quickly. This healthy eating plan means you'll lose weight quickly - between 12 and 20 pounds in just 3 weeks - provided you follow the diet to the letter.
The majority of people who start a healthy eating plan essentially fail to achieve their desired goal because they give up before achieving the results they want. Diets aimed at reducing weight by two pounds each week are all thorough, but my motivation, as well as my willpower, declines fairly quickly unless I have a compelling opportunity to achieve your weight loss goals.
I'm not alone. Dieting for weeks with limited results demotivates people and these people tend to stop trying. This was the reason nutritionist Brian Flatt developed a tri-weekly diet; A system that caused your body to lose body fat quickly and accelerated weight loss.
It can be difficult to lose extra fat and maintain the momentum to maintain your weight afterwards. The three week diet manual not only tells you what needs to be done for 21 days, but also tells you what to do using the three week period taking into account the diet to maintain your new weight.
How does the weekly diet work? The Mind Blowing 3 Week Diet Plan is the healthier diet plan that consists of 4 different phases.
Phase 1was the hardest for me. It lasted and lasted a week and was the phase in which I lost by far the most weight. By the end of the week I was 9 pounds lighter.
Phase 2was almost 1 day but I also lost a pound this time
Phase 3was from the 9th to the 11th day. This was pretty unusual and I lost another 3 pounds.
Phase 4was when it comes to the remaining days, i.e. 12 to 21. The main goal of this 9 day phase would be to continue losing weight while returning to a better “normal” diet. At the end of the phase I was still four pounds lower. So less drastic, but still effective.
Like so many weight loss diet plans, it was both a diet and an exercise program. The exercise plan consists of a daily walk (not too strenuous!) and an optional fat-accelerating workout.
Phase 1 of the three-week healthy eating plan in action
There is no escape. Phase 1 was difficult. It is a 3 meals a day product of any casualty diet. It is highly restrictive in the different types of foods and cooking methods that I was only allowed to eat. Luckily they had included unlimited amounts of vegetables, so I was able to submit them in addition to the prescribed amounts of meat and fish.
I weighed myself every day and found it really motivating to have access to a needle towards the creeping scale. Finally it was a reliable job. I can't deny that I had become hungry and slightly annoyed until I started drinking coffee again!
I also implement exercises. Again, not easy, but ticking away from the days, really understanding that it was only for a short time after all, made all the difference.
At the end of Phase 1 I was ecstatic to see that I had broken all previous records and lost 9 whole pounds. I remember phase 1 of your eating routine. It felt almost impossible that I would spend your entire week emotionally without cheating - and OK, I cheated little. But after getting through the first week, I soon became quite enthusiastic and a lot thinner.
Phase 2
Phase 2 is basically one day fast. After restricting a certain previous week, it looked like this would be difficult, but honestly I was just shocked to find that this was one of the easiest days in the entire program. In my opinion, pursuing the letter over the past week had opened me up to success. And again I was just delighted to be another pound lighter starting the next morning.
I would seriously say that if you buy diet books every three weeks, don't skip the fasting phase. There really is a rationale to the way you build a nutritious diet and to my surprise, it definitely works.
Phase 3
This phase lasts 4 days and is undoubtedly the most unusual and counterintuitive. So much so that we started researching it ourselves for you, rest assured I did the right thing! Luckily, I discovered that it wasn't as crazy as I thought either, and there was actually some solid science behind this phase considering the plan.
I went out of my way to find this phase quite challenging as it was the very first one where I had to calculate the calories I ate. I discovered that it's pretty easy to get calorie values off the internet for almost any food you could think of, and it's just a matter of using scales (more accurate than cup measurements) to make sure your portion sizes are correct.
I didn't lose particularly much weight than I expected at this stage, but I think it was taken into account that I didn't start weighing things, so by day 3 I realized that my previous estimates of how much I should eat were way off base.
Another phase, another 1.5 pounds and it certainly would have been more if I had planned it correctly.
Phase 4– The ultimate countdown. Phase 4 is the longest phase and lasts 9 days. It's about a gradual return to more than normal healthy eating. In particular, how many calories you consume each day during this phase depends on your total body mass index, or BMI. There is a section in the manual that explains how to calculate this from your body fat and height and how to work well on what to consume according to the result.
I continued to take care of myself every day and the pounds continued to fall - albeit a little more slowly. However, I was only pleased to return a highly competent, usually balanced diet, with no food resources specifically forbidden (unless I had skipped a page in the manual.
I noticed that my belly fat was gradually disappearing and my jeans were less snug - even after they had just been washed! My waist had shrunk by 2 inches and I had the opportunity to tighten my belt by 3 additional holes.
At the end of the phase I was only four pounds lighter.
Does the rapid weight loss program work?
Absolutely. I followed the 3 week diet routine and, barring a few cheats, lost a total of 14.5 pounds. I made the effort to do most of the mandatory exercises but not many of the optional workouts. I found the training quite difficult, but I am in no way able to start it. Although it was difficult, the weight I lost in their normal, relatively short period of time made it a good idea. Surely I could have lost more if I had planned better, done countless exercises and not cheated.
I would have a chance of getting a handful of weeks without gaining any or all of the weight back!! Then do the entire diet again. The other time in Phase 1 was much less complicated - I think my forms were implemented into it and now they haven't handed over coffee. I haven't lost that much weight, but I'm 30 pounds lighter now than I was 8 months ago and for the first time I can honestly say I'm happy with the way I look.
The double advantage is that I currently know how to maintain my weight and even if I go crazy on vacation and gain weight during the few pounds, I am sure that I can lose them again without much effort.
