So next time you go to the freezer, keep those high-calorie foods out of reach (perhaps even better if you don't store them at all) and keep high-fiber foods, fresh vegetables, and fat-free dairy products in front of you (based on controlling basic instinct #3).
2. The next step would be to choose the right type of food. When you make them a daily part of your life, you build a lifelong healthy lifestyle. Make it a habit to have protein in all the foods you eat and cut down on all foods containing fat and sugar. Start your lunch or dinner with a salad or vegetable soup and then protein, followed by carbohydrates. Finally, eat 1/2 cup of whole grain carbohydrates (like rice, pasta, beans). This will bring you satiety in your foods and lose weight while being completely healthy.
