Required Ingredients
· half (½) kg of carrots (which you and your child could chop together)
· 1 cup dates (remove the pits and then measure)
· 1 ¾ cup walnuts or cashews
· 2 tsp vanilla extract
· ¼ tsp sea salt
· ¾ ground cinnamon
· ½ tsp ground ginger
· 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
· ¼ cup raisins
· 1 cup coconut or almond flour or coconut or flaxseed/oatmeal powder
Method:

Rinse and wash the carrots thoroughly and chop them together with your children

Next, take all the ingredients together with the grated carrots and puree them in the blender

Mix it until you get a soft dough that can be rolled out into small balls

Once the balls are ready, roll them in the flour of your choice – almond, coconut, flaxseed or oat powder

Finally, cool or freeze the balls to firm them up
