It is extremely important to start slowly and gradually introduce a healthier diet so that you don't feel like this diet is something you can never achieve. Start by eating more servings of fruits and vegetables each day. They are very easy to purchase and can bring about a complete change in your energy and diet. Another big step in a healthy eating plan is listening to your body.
2. When to eat?
You may be wondering when you should eat in your diet plan. The most important thing to remember is to listen to your body. If it tells you you're hungry, you should probably eat.
