Natural home remedies for pregnancy problems
Pregnancy problems such as nausea, mood swings, constipation, sleep disorders, fatigue, flatulence and cramps can lead to discomfort. A simple natural remedy for pregnancy complications can take care of your problems. In this article we have recorded various natural remedies for pregnancy problems.
aroma oils can help relieve the unpleasant problems during pregnancy, such as morning nausea, swollen hands and feet, general pain and tiredness. You can also help you relax and maintain your body while slowly going through changes.
fatigue
Try to relax before going to bed. Try either a relaxing aroma therapy bath or burn one of the following oil mixtures in the room in which you are in before going to bed and then take the burner/evaporator to your bedroom.
1. Chamomile and lavender
2. Sandalwood
3. Neroli and ylang-ylang
morning nausea or nausea
If you are sick, but you don't really vomit, mix a mixture of two drops of fennel, lavender and sandal wood oil with 100 ml carrier oil. Massage it into your stomach at regular intervals during the day and try a swab under your nose so that you can inhale it. Inhaling peppermint oil can also alleviate the morning nausea, but I would not advise you to massage with it during pregnancy.
vomiting
If you vomit, mix a mixture of two drops of lemon, fennel and rose oil with 100 ml carrier oil. Massage it gently into your upper and lower abdomen and inhale it too- if you can endure it.
constipation
Try to relieve your constipation naturally by paying attention to your diet (eating more unprocessed food) and increasing your fluid intake. A helpful aromatherapy mix are three drops of black pepper and three drops of fennel oil in 100 ml carrier oil. Massage it gently along your lower abdomen, starting directly within your right hip bone, work upwards, then over your navel and down towards your left hip bone. Be gentle and repeat several times a day.
difficult sleep
ask your partner, your lower back, your shoulders and your neck with an aromatherapy mixture of three drops of vetiver and three drops of lavender oil in 100 ml carrier oil. This is a sedative that is soothing and relaxing and certainly helped me with a few sleepless nights.
You can also try to drink chamomile tea before going to bed and give a little of the mixture mentioned above on your pillow.
fluid retention
Mix two drops of eucalyptus oil, two drops of geranium oil and two drops of lavender oil with 100 ml of a light carrier oil. Rub gently into your lower legs and hands. Massage with strong upward movements - on your legs from the ankle to the knee, on your arms from hand to the elbow. You can also use the mixture in a cool bathroom.
