A typical curriculum in some holistic health programs includes alternative theories in the areas of healing, aromatherapy, energy healing therapies, flower essences, holistic fitness and nutrition, hypnotherapy, kinesiology, and life coaching, among others.
Other holistic health programs may focus more on bodywork modalities leading to massage therapy certification.
