Yoga studios with online courses

Many studios have had to close their doors for the second time, but everyone is quickly adapting to the new normal and working hard to continue making space for yoga classes every day. With Zoom, YouTube and social media, we are never too far from a yoga class with our favorite studios and teachers.

Taking online courses is not only a great way for you to maintain your practice, but it also supports the studios and helps them get through this time and be able to open their doors to us again after all of this. Other ways to support studios and teachers include investing in gift cards, workshops and class passes. Even if you know you won't be using them for a while. Or simply share your classes on social media and with friends and family to help spread the word.

We've put together a list of some of the studios that are now offering online courses and content here:

Atme-Yoga-und-Pilates

Breathe Yoga and Pilates offer customized and private online classes. Each lesson is tailored to your needs, whether you are a beginner, an experienced practitioner, a pregnant mother, or working with an injury or illness. Class sizes are unlimited, so you can invite your friends and family - even if they are in different locations.

TriYoga classes take place online seven days a week. Over 50 therapies are also available, with one-on-one appointments seven days a week and a growing schedule of online workshops with Triyoga teachers as well as guest teachers from around the world.

The Light Center now offers a fully online schedule of yoga and Pilates classes and talk therapies. Sheare keeping the cost of these streaming sessions as low as possible to provide easy access to as many people as possible at this time. At the moment you can get the intro offer of 7 classes, 7 days for £7 and NHS and key worker classes free.

While The Lifecentre cannot currently offer a physical practice space, they are using their new online classes to bring yoga and other mindfulness practices directly to your home. Your weekly schedule of daily live streaming classes is now live and growing weekly.

To ensure there is something for everyone and as we navigate the ever-changing landscape, they now offer a diverse, varied and inclusive program of ONLINE classes including various sessions from yoga to dance to pilates, including massage and
partner yoga etc,plus chair yoga for less mobility. Classes are free for anyone over 65
and NHS workers.

Fierce Grace Muswell Hill has moved their classes online and has a full schedule of classes available to attend via Zoom. They have also automatically suspended all memberships and will reactivate them when the studio reopens.

Yoga Therapies in Newcastle have gone online with a full program of live online classes. In addition, they have onePre-existing online platform, which is a library of recorded short exercises that can be viewed at any time.

For this reason, they offer a series of online courses that you can practice from the comfort of your own home. If you would like to help Secret Space Charity stay afloat during this unpredictable time, they welcome donations to help cover overhead costs and keep them open after this wave passes.

Flo Yoga is a beautiful little studio in West Hampstead. They've moved their classes online and you can now practice with their teachers from your living room to theirs. Many of the Sunday school yoga teacher training courses, which have also gone online for the time being, also take place in the Flo Studio.

Yoga-Studios-Online-Pause-StudioAll Pause Studio classes are now live streamed, so you can continue to access your favorite classes and teachers from the comfort of your own home. Courses can be booked via the timetable page or via the Mindbody app.

At Leyton Yoga sheI strongly believe in yoga to support our health during these challenging times. Therefore, most of their classes have been replaced with live streaming online classes accessible via Zoom.

Pila Yoga has moved most of its classes online. You can practice yoga and Pilates with them from the comfort of your own home.

Although the studios are closed, Yoga House offers you a variety of classes that will be available online, including live stream and recorded options.

Oyogo took his studio online and went digital. They have the same great classes and the same epic team behind them, but you can now join from the comfort of your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or garden.

Yonder Studio is now online. You can book as usual and take part in all courses from the comfort of your room.

East of Eden streams most yoga, mat pilates and barre fit classes live online. The studio started online classes due to this crisis, but plans to continue them upon reopening.

There are many more studios with online schedules and as time goes on, more and more teachers are finding their feet in this new normal. Check your local studio website for updates on the current situation and offers.
