January intentions: entry into the age of Aquarius

January intentions: entry into the age of Aquarius

If you haven't heard it yet (and I'm pretty sure you have it ...), we move to the age of Aquarius, in 2021 and things will change to a large extent! As a sign of air element, Aquarius brings an energy of lightness and clarity. The air element is connected to the sense of touch and language. Since 2020 was a year in which both things were limited by social distancing, masks and social isolation, 2021 could be the year in which we remember how important community and connection really are. The air element is also shown directly with the heart chakra or connected anahata, by love for others and ourselves, sympathy, truth and openness, which indicates that 2021 is a year in which it can get into harmony with its truth, speak from the heart and begin a life that is guided by what your heart needs. Starting with our January intentions.

Many of us had the opportunity to think about our life, health and our minds in 2020. Do you live a life that you really enjoyed? Were there parts of you that you had to love more? Were there aspects of which they thought they really had to change? If you made some changes in 2020 -whether big or small -in 2021 is the year to stay loyal to you and really anchor you in your being. This new energy transition invites us to release self-imposed rules and to free us with our January intentions of restrictive beliefs over ourselves. Where do you hold back? What could you publish that no longer serves you? How could you be more? you?

The mantra of this month: "I am loyal to myself and connected to my heart"

If 2020 forced us to familiarize us with discomfort and uncertainty, 2021 and our intentions in January are concerned with being a feeling of ease and non-adhesion. Expect the unexpected and remain true to your values.

The most important thing may be that the topic of this period of time is very likely about love and community in the time of Aquarius. Instead of being in life about 'me, me, me', it will start to resemble 'we, we, we'. We saw how harmful and ego-driven social media have become and how the race to become unique and individual, really only contributed to the fact that we feel separate, anxious and lonely. It does not always seem to be that it was only about having a vision for 2020 and clarity in 2020, maybe even below tat give us an insight and a clear understanding of where we really want to concentrate our energy for the next year. Big changes, true clarity and personal transformation are not always properly packaged and easy to receive. They are often well deserved, and in 2020 we definitely gained this feeling of clarity when it comes to what we really want in life and who we really are.

While it sounds a little "Woo", it is quite important to use our January intentions to think about their energetic state when we enter the year 2021. We move into an energetically powerful time and in a similar way to the moon - whether we feel good or bad, sad or happy, high mood or low - Everything is probably enlarged. If there was ever a time to throw the things that bring you down, then now! In your January intentions, focus on what makes you happy and what makes your heart sing.

Use your January intentions to gain a little more clarity and to orientate yourself to your truth when we enter this new age of understanding. Try to log these reflective questions this new year and keep the mantra of this month close to your heart.

  1. Do I feel connected to my truth?
  2. Do I follow my heart?
  3. where do I hold back in life?
  4. Which three things are most important to me?
  5. What would I benefit from letting go now?
  6. What changes have I made and how can I care?
  7. How can I go from a "I" mentality to a "we" mentality?
  8. Who could I be more compassionate?
  9. How could I be more compassionate about myself?
  10. What does 2021 mean to me?
