Can you tell us something about yourself?

Phoebe-Greenacre-Yoga teacher Hello, I am Phoebe. Aussie based in London. Holistic therapist, yoga and meditation teacher. I am an adventurer in my heart, an alcoholic and a Malbec connector. I love to do business in the wellness area - my two babies are Silou London + the Self Care Space. People say I'm pretty cool, calm and collected, but I'm a very emotional being. The real fish in me are super sensitive and a big dreamer. I spoke fluent Japanese and when I left the university, I wanted to be a Japanese -speaking spy who works in international espionage! True story!

You have left the corporate world and have since followed up with several entrepreneurial activities of your passion. What was your biggest challenge and performance so far?

After the Japanese espionage appearance had not come about, I worked in digital marketing for 10 years and learned how to create and expand a brand. These skills have equipped me for the entrepreneurial world, but not without my fair share of challenges. My greatest success so far is the foundation of my sustainable Activewear brand Silou London and most recently by The Self Care Space. The biggest challenge is that if you have a start-up company, you have to take on pretty much every role until you can set them. Hello marketing, accounting, PR, production, personnel, law - you call it. Every day is a challenge, but not one day is the same.

Where can you find inspiration and motivation?

I surrounded myself with some pretty amazing women, from whom I am inspired every day. My motivation comes from my passion to help people on the way to healing - and when they are passionate, the motivation comes on their own. I am also a manifesting generator in the field of human design, so I create a lot of my own energy and notes!

Your journey is incredibly inspiring. What do you want to say 10 years ago if you know what you know now?

If I could tell my 26-year-old-I would tell her that she should get slower, enjoy the calm moments and not work so hard! Maybe take a year off and travel!

You wear many different hats in your business, do you have a favorite role?

I am a woman of ideas. I love brainstorming sessions with the wildest dreams and then my team usually tells me that they are too crazy. I also love the creative side of the business. The storytelling that makes things look pretty.

Your latest adventure is your online wellness hub The Self Care Space. Do you tell us everything about it?

During the lock, I really noticed that people longed for more self -care, but were not really sure how to "fill their cup" every day. Self-care and intellectual well-being go hand in hand-that's how the wellness hub was born. The Self Care Space is a monthly membership in which members have unrestricted access to an on-demand library with classes and rituals. In the library you can choose between well-being yoga flows, yin therapy courses, meditations, emotional healing exercises, sound healing, breathing work and self-care lituals. Retreats for half and a whole day at home follow. I also organize a live event for my members in our Facebook group only for members every month. This can be a full moon ritual or live meditation. You can find more information under the Self Care Space.
