- Humanistic therapists are often "warmer" because they should promote the development of their natural potential for mental and emotional health.
- psychodynamic therapists are often a bit "cooler", but can be helpful to understand how their current difficulties relate to previous life experiences.
- CBT therapists may be more cooperative and help you to manage difficult feelings by thinking more clearly and behaving differently.
