Rubenfeld Synergy Method - Developed by Ilana Rubenfeld

RSM helps us to learn to listen to the body, to become the habitual patterns and tensions and to decrypt their messages in order to achieve concrete improvements in our daily life and in our relationships. The uniqueness of Rubenfeld Synergy lies in the common use of speaking and touching. Touching increases awareness both emotionally and physically and enable us to explore levels that can only be accessed by conversations.

Integrative body psychotherapy (IBP) - founded by Dr. Jack Lee Rosenberg, further developed with Diana Asay, a Jungian analyst, and Dr. Marjorie Rand.

IBP offers the therapist and client a unique way to track interruptions of body and mind in the somatic core feeling of the self, the most fundamental guidance system of life. The psychological interruptions include emotional patterns and beliefs that were developed in early childhood and the current experiences (primary scenario), our protective defense (character style) and the way we give up our core self for love and recognition (agency). Without knowing the difference between psychological interruptions and the core self, we cannot trust our intuition, our inner voice.

Your inner voice is important to explore an equally important aspect of the life trip, the existential dilemma of man - the problems of existence. We all have to ask ourselves the unalterable questions of life: alone, death, death, life, inconsistency, aging, authenticity, creativity, integrity, infinity and more. In other words, all sorts of things happen in life. It is not what happens to them, but how they deal internally with what happens, what happens, which determines their well -being and quality of life. IBP teaches her how you can come from the wisdom of her core with increased liveliness in any aspect of her life.

core energetics, created by John Pierrakos, Md

John Pierrakos, MD, founder and inventor of Core Energetics®, often said that the meaning of life is that each of us exhausts their potential as a person. But what prevents us from becoming what we are capable of? The simplest answer is that we learn to inhibit ourselves. Due to the challenges of growing up in imperfect families and an imperfect world, we all learn to build protective walls. As a result, we restrict our vitality and cut off our essential nature, our spirit.

…. In contrast to conventional conversation therapy, Core Energetics is a profound journey of experience in personal healing and self -discovery. Under the supportive instructions of highly qualified Core Energetics practitioners, customers have the opportunity to regain denied emotional truths and uncover the core qualities that enable them to find personal fulfillment. This is achieved by supporting clients to move their bodies in a certain way that enable deeper self -confidence and the release of frozen emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, need, sensuality and ultimately love. Through the experience of Core Energetics, customers learn to live their bodies more fully and to live more openly from the heart.

Bioenergetic analysis - rooted in the work of Wilhelm Reich and founded by Alexander Lowen Bioenergetic Analysis helps to solve chronic muscle tension, treat affects, to expand the ability to intimacy, to heal sexual difficulties and to learn new, more fulfilling ways with others. Tenderness, aggression, claim - and their confluence in sexuality - are regarded as life -saving nuclear forces. The therapeutic relationship offers a place of security where healing begins. The therapist reads the body, swings with his energy, feels the emotions, listens to, hears and answers the words. The language of the body (posture / gesture, breathing, motility, expression) is the focus because it shows the status on the way to personality - from the past to the present and future. Techniques are used with the energetic aspect of the individual, including his self -awareness, self -expression and self -owned. This also includes working with physical contact, limits, grounding and understanding muscle tension as a reference to somatic and psychological immune system against past trauma. The goal of therapy is more than the lack of symptoms - it is vitality, a feeling of pleasure, joy, love - lively health.

Bodynamics - founded by Lisbeth Marcher

The bodynament is based on the premise that the mutual connection (if I am all of me and you are all of them, can we be in deep connection?) The basic drive for development and growth is. Our research has shown that there are a number of basic topics to combine, bond and commitment. Our clinical experience shows that disorders in primary childhood relationships in relation to these topics lead to developmental -related or in some cases traumatic distortions.

…. The bodynamic system combines deep cognitive psychotherapy and emphasizing the relationship with new research on the psychomotor development of children. The body is integrated into therapy by knowledge of the psychological function of each muscle.

Radix - developed by Dr. Charles Kelley

"Radix" - from the Latin work "Wurzel" or "Source", which refers to the force that causes every movement, every feeling and growth in one person and in life. It is the life force ... chi ... prana ..., the body, mind, emotions and spirit combines ... it is an approach to personal growth and healing, which is:

o holistic ~ based on the principles of the unity of spirit and body

o body -centered ~ directly with the body through movement and attention for breath, body sensation and awareness, flow of energy and other non -verbal as well as verbal

o Experience ~ 'here and now' that gets into your process

o client centered ~ based on the individual needs of each customer

hakomi - developed by Ron Kurtz

hakomi ... draws out of the wide worlds of science, spirituality and psychotherapy, but practice itself remains simple.

The Hakomi method… is based on five therapeutic principles-mindfulness, organicity, non-violence, spirit-body connection and unity-that give work a rich meaning and a spiritual dimension.

research

Research on body psychotherapy was sparse and usually concentrated on individuals. The following pilot study showed that body psychotherapy can and does the communication, decision -making and sexuality of couples.

In a pilot study, body psychotherapy techniques were used in couples where a partner suffers from a traumatic brain injury and the other. The purpose was to learn what problems that such couples have in common, through which somatic or body psychotherapeutic interventions are sensibly addressed. Satisfaction in marriage and emotional well -being were measured by quantitative tests. Before and after somatic therapy, a 20-page self-report questionnaire was given. The topics treated included: decision -making, sexuality, self -determination, family, finance and grief. The study lasted 12 weeks: 2 recording sessions, 9 weeks somatic therapy and 1 end session. Three couples took part. A significant increase in marriage satisfaction occurred. The participants found: increased awareness / empowerment by themselves and partners, improved communication / connection and increased presence / embodiment.
