Law of attraction anger technique

Anger is energy. When you are angry, you have access to tremendous power. However, when you believe in your anger, you give away your power.

In this short article, I want to show you another way to deal with anger so that you can reap the life energy it offers.

The Benefits of Anger

Medicinal herbs that grow in the wild are called weeds. And yet they perform miracles during the harvest.

Anger, unharvested, is a weed. It interferes with your intentions. It blocks your joy. Anger, harvested, puts an engine on your boat, wind in your sails, a tiger in your tank.

How do you get into trouble?

Just like a wild herb, you first need to know how to recognize it. That is, when you are angry, you must realize that you are angry.

This may seem obvious, but let's consider a subtle distinction. When you're angry, you usually don't actually think you're angry. You might think you’re right – with a lot of enthusiasm!

When you can truly say, "I'm angry," stop talking about the other person and all the terrible things they've done. You are now talking about yourself. You talk about your condition. This is the beginning of the first phase of harvesting your wrath. You have separated your reaction from the perpetrator's actions. Good job.

Find the desire

The second step is to recognize that the intensity of your anger tells you the intensity of a desire you have. And while this desire is strong, you perceive something or someone as an obstacle to its fulfillment. Anger is therefore the photographic negative of desire. It is an emotional snapshot of the lack of what is desired. And when the desire is very strong, the contrast is very sharp.

Anger-driven affirmations

The third step is a running meditation. Now that you know the desire that is being hindered and know the intensity of the desire, you can find a word - a word or a phrase - that sums up the desire. Go with all the energy of your anger. As each foot hits the ground, allow it to speak this simple affirmation and echo through your body.

How John transforms his anger

Here is an example. Someone lied to John. He is very angry. He feels betrayed. He lost money in this transaction and he also feels like he lost a friend. He feels angry and all he can think about is how wrong his friend was and how right he is.

Here's how John works with it:

1 – He recognizes that he is angry. He understands that his anger serves a purpose and moves him on an emotional level higher than despair (as taught by Abraham-Hicks). He also knows that when he remains angry, he gives his power to the one he believes has wronged him. More importantly, he lets his power drain away from him. His power is in a useless form.

2 – He sees that his anger is very intense and that his strongest desire is to have confidence in his friendship. He also wants his money back.

3 – He looks for what is the strongest desire in it. He oscillates back and forth between money and trust. Eventually he feels that trust is his deeper desire. He chooses the word trust. He's going for a walk now.

4 – Since he is still authentically angry, he goes fast and hard. He stomps with every step. His face is tense. His hands are clenched tightly in his pockets. With every step he lets trust flow through him. When his mind goes to betrayal, it brings him back to the pure feeling he knows as trust. The feeling of trusting a friend causes his mind to randomly wander to moments and people in which he had trust. Eventually his face softens. His hands open. His anger gradually turns into excitement and enthusiasm. He goes to the point of exhaustion.

With this activity, John:

  • Nahm seine Kraft zurück
  • Erntete seinen Zorn
  • Setzen Sie das Gesetz der Anziehung für vertrauenswürdige Freunde in Bewegung (anstatt sich auf den Ärger zu konzentrieren und das Gesetz der Anziehung mehr Verrat bringen zu lassen).

You can do this too. Next time you feel angry, take back your power and let Law of Attraction help you transform your manifestation.
