Juicing
Juicing fresh, organically grown fruits and vegetables and herbs can be compared to a blood transfusion with rich and concentrated nutrients.
The nutrients enter the bloodstream in a very short time.
It is particularly beneficial for people who have difficulty eating fresh vegetables.
It is very important to juice organically grown products that are more nutrient dense and contain no toxins, no chemical fertilizers, no pesticides or other poisons.
We want to benefit from fasting and not add more toxins to our body.
You will get the most benefits from freshly squeezed juice.
There is no loss of nutrients when you drink the juice as soon as it is pressed. (Nutrient loss occurs when sap is stored and when exposed to oxygen.)
Plants and vegetables are our best healing friends. They have always been used for health, vitality and longevity.
Never add sugar or sweetener to fresh juice.
This would undermine the goodness of the juice.
Drink the juice slowly.
Drink at least 4 glasses of juice and 4 glasses of water during a day.
Fresh raw fruit juice
Freshly squeezed raw fruits are delicious and refreshing.
They can also be high in sugar. Better avoid those that are high in sugar if you want to lose weight.
It is better to use fruits high in beta-carotene such as cantaloupe, mango and apricots.
Juice can be diluted: half water + half juice.
Some people find citrus juice too acidic.
Juice for better bowel movements:
2 pitted dried plums soaked in a glass of water.
You can mix the plums and water together.
Juice 2 apples and a pear together.
Add the juice to the plum juice, stir well and enjoy the drink.
Fresh raw vegetable juice
My favorite health cocktail to detoxify the body:
Juice 4 carrots, 1 apple, 2 celery ribs, ½ cup wheatgrass or parsley together.
The carrots and apple naturally sweeten this juice.
My favorite summer drink:

Fresh raw herbal juice
Wheatgrass is very rich in nutrients, especially chlorophyll and antioxidants.
It is nature's gift to detoxify the body.
If wheatgrass is not available, try parsley.
Wheatgrass and parsley juice is very healthy, but not very tasty.
It's best to mix them with fresh carrot juice or fresh apple juice.
If you're feeling adventurous, try juicing wheatgrass, spinach, and apples.
To juice herbs you need a special juicer. Not all juicers can juice herbs.
Personally, I use the Green Power Juicer and find it very efficient but a bit difficult to clean. Definitely the best juicer I've had for extracting herbal juice.
