The juicing of fresh, biologically grown fruit and vegetables as well as herbs can be compared with a blood transfusion with rich and concentrated nutrients.

It is particularly advantageous for people who have difficulty eating fresh vegetables.
It is very important to juice products from organic cultivation that are more nutritious and no toxins, no chemical fertilizers, no pesticides or other poisons.
We want to benefit from fasting and do not add any further toxins to our body.
You will pull most of the advantages from freshly squeezed juice.

My favorite health cocktail for the detoxification of the body:
juice 4 carrots, 1 apple, 2 celery there, ½ cup of wheat grass or parsley together.
The carrots and apple sweeten this juice in a natural way.
My favorite summer drink:

wheat grass is very rich in nutrients, especially chlorophyll and antioxidants.
It is the gift of nature to detoxify the body.
If no wheat grass is available, try parsley.
The juice of wheat grass and parsley is very healthy, but not very tasty.
It is best to mix them with fresh pairo juice or fresh apple juice.
If you feel adventurous, try to juic wheat grass, spinach and apples.
To juic herbs you need a special juice press. Not all juicers can juice herbs.
Personally, I use the Green Power Juicer and find it very efficient, but a little difficult to clean. Definitely the best juicer I had to extract herbal juice.
