What is a sprain?
Sprovements are straining injuries to the ligaments that connect muscles with bones. Bands are connective tissue that hold the bones together in the skeleton. Sprovements can occur on any joint where two bones are connected. The severity of the injury can vary from a minor stretch that can soon heal completely to a large crack that makes the bone connection unstable. Sprains are divided into 3 categories:

Home remedies for sprains
Tip 1:
Chop the onions, wrap it in a musselint.

Tip 2:
Make a paste made of ground lemon leaves and butter. Apply to the affected area.
Tip 3:
Mix 1 teaspoon of almond oil with 1 teaspoon of garlic oil and apply to the injured area.
Tip 4:
Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or raw lime powder with 1 teaspoon of honey and apply to the sprain.
Tip 5:
Warm the outer leaves of a cabbage in hot water and connect them to the sprain.
Tip 6:
Place an ice cream bag on the injured area for about 15-20 minutes. This helps to relieve swelling and tenderness.
Tip 7:
Apply a warm compress to the sprain area. Use a towel and soak it in warm vinegar as a compress to relieve pain.
Tip 8:
Resting is the best thing you can do if you suffer from a sprain. Light movement is helpful to strengthen the painful muscles, but avoid any activity that causes pain, swelling or symptoms in the affected area.
