Home remedies for asthma
Tip 1:
Mix 1 teaspoon honey with ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder. Take the mixture just before bed to treat asthma.

Tip 2:
Cook 8-10 garlic cloves in ½ cup milk. Take it in the evening as it is good for the early stages of asthma.
Tip 3:
Figs are good for draining mucus. Wash 3-4 dry figs with water. Soak in 1 cup of water. Eat these on an empty stomach and also drink the water in which the figs were soaked. Don't eat anything else for at least an hour. Do this for 2 months.
Tip 4:
Add 1 teaspoon of honey to very hot water and drink slowly. Take this just before bedtime to clear mucus from the throat.
Tip 5:
Soak 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in 1 cup of water overnight. Stress. Add 1 tsp ginger juice and 1 tsp honey to the strained water. This should be taken morning and evening.
