What is a cough?

Most coughing juices available on the market temporarily relieve the problem. Since they contain some chemicals that are not suitable for the body, homemade coughing means is the preferred way. Here are some recipes for herbal cough juice:
- ginger - lemon tea: press the juice of two lemons and rub the shell of the lemon. Add half a tablespoon of cut ginger and one and a half of tablespoons of grated lemon peel in 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the solution. Heat 1 cup of raw honey lightly and mix with the sieved solution. Add the lemon juice and simmer for a few minutes while stirring constantly. When the mixture becomes frothy dark brown, switch off the heat. Set this in a glass and take it every two hours.
- milk with turmeric: A cup of hot milk with a pinch of turmeric powder can calm the mucous membrane and reduce coughing fits. If it is taken before going to bed, this mixture can prevent nocturnal coughing and is considered a good natural coughing in the cough.
- lemon, cinnamon and honey: roast a 2.5 cm piece of cinnamon and grind it into a smooth powder. You can use a tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Cup 1 cup of honey twice until it becomes thin. - Leaves of the Holy Basil: Cook the leaves of the Holy Basil (Tulsi) and the dry ginger powder in a cup of water. Cook until the water is reduced to half the original amount. Mix a teaspoon of honey and drink the mix when it is warm. This can serve as an excellent cough juice for infants and older children.

The mixture can be consumed immediately by swallowing from a coffee cup. The mixture can cause sleepiness and must be taken shortly before sleeping.
- honey, olive oil and lemon: Mix a three -quarters of cup of honey with the juice of 3 lemons and a quarter cup of native olive oil. Heat on a small flame until the mixture begins to steam. Cool the mixture and keep it in an airtight container in the fridge. If necessary, take a tablespoon of the mixture as cough juice.
