This diet helps to strengthen the immune system and is based on four key points:
1. A healthy and balanced diet.
2. Use of food integrators (linoleic acid, lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10 etc.).
3. Darm hygiene.
4. Acid compensation in the body.
The diet is rich in grain fibers, fruit and raw vegetables (to obtain the vitamins and mineral salts it contains), since a reduced absorption of meat (white meat or fish is accepted). To change the diet, since this method is supposed to reduce free radicals and toxins from the body.
