But with a few simple tricks you can easily make your children eat healthy, sometimes even without you realizing it:

- Let your children help with the preparation of the meal
- vegetables and put in a meat roast or meatballs. Your child will not even notice that it is there. Mushrooms and eggplants in particular can hardly be seen because they take up a color similar to the meat. You can also use this trick for your minced meat if you prepare a burger. Which child would reject a burger?
- If your child likes milk and yogurt but eats no fruit, puree the fruit secretly and mix it into the yogurt. Tell your child that you just bought fruit yogurt. Or make a smoothie or milkshake. Perhaps add a little honey to make it sweeter and tasty.
- fruit or fruit puree with ice cream.
- Pack fruit in your chocolate or vanilla cream.
- Serve a small portion of vegetables that your child doesn't like, with other vegetables and fries.
- Place different types of vegetables in your pasta tomato sauce.
- pour a vegetable puree over the pasta or prepare a chutney that you can serve with the chips or crackers.
- Maybe your child has no general problem with the food itself, but rather with the nature.
- If your child doesn't like tomatoes, try tomato sauce, tomatoes from the can or tomato soup.
- If he does not like a certain fruit, make a jelly and place it on his sandwich for breakfast or mix it as a snack in his yogurt.
- Try steamed or furnished fruit instead of fresh fruit. Buy fruit cannons more in fruit juice than in syrup, since these products are not added to sugar.
- Let your child's plate look interesting. For example, cut the fruit and arrange it as an image. Some butchers also sell special polonies for children in the form of a funny face or a teddy bear.
- This strategy requires some determination from your side and can certainly lead to some tantrums, but should be quite effective after a while. Never give up! At some point your child will give up.

- chips and sweets are only given after eating the entire dinner.
- just make sure not to overload your child's plate. In this case, you could punish him for not eating too much, which would certainly be wrong.
- children are much more willing to eat a meal if they have helped with the preparation.
- give your child every task that can do it, how to peel fruit, cut vegetables, stir food, etc. The more you include it in the cooking process, the better.
