Balanced diet

In fact, teenage girls need more iron than boys because they lose iron during the menstrual cycle. For non-vegetarians, red meat, especially fish, is a good source of iron. Apart from this, fortified grains, legumes, green vegetables, beans and lentils are also rich sources of iron. Along with the food containing vitamin C like orange and lemon, it is very important for the growth of teenagers. Fruit juice, raisins, dates are also a good source of iron.
Honey
Honey is one of the best foods/liquids for teenagers. It is considered the best remedy for diarrhea when mixed with hot water. It is very helpful if taken in the morning with a sensitive stomach. Honey is also very important for curing the disease like cold, cough, sore throat and skin problems.
