If the body is not supplied with enough water, many problems can occur such as dull skin, slow digestion, accumulation of waste products in the body and constipation.
Often, most of us drink water here and there during the day, but it's easy to miss a sufficient amount. Once we quench our thirst, we typically stop drinking. For this reason we often have too little water. The solution to this is to drink most of the water we need as the first activity in the morning. Drink enough water early in the morning to flush out all the waste products in your body, which is known as water therapy.
Water therapy
Although it sounds like a big word when we add the word therapy, it is really a simple task that can be practiced by anyone at home alone. So what do you have to do? Just drink lots of water. This is the way.
When you get up in the morning, before any other food or drink, take about 1.5 liters of water and heat it until it is warm enough. Make sure it's not too hot or you may not be able to drink it. Pour the water into a glass and drink it together. If you can't drink it all, drink as much as you can and then wait a while and then drink the rest. Next, take another glass and drink it. Repeat until you have used all the water.
If your stomach feels too full, wait 3 to 4 minutes and then drink more water. At first it may be difficult to drink 1.5 liters of water, but (consume at least about 1 liter of water on the first day. Over the next few days, increase the amount to 1.5 liters.
How you benefit from water therapy
Whatever is drunk or eaten is absorbed in the intestines and enters the bloodstream. Water is also absorbed into the body. It has the same effect as washing a dirty item with a gush of water, rather than pouring little water throughout the day. 1.5 liters of water together flushes the toxins from all important organs, tissues and cells.
The body becomes fresh and you receive new energy. The liver, one of the most important organs that plays a very important role in digestion, is also flushed. It also cleanses the intestines. Because you have a lot of water together, not all of the water is absorbed and goes to the colon where it creates pressure and pushes out the stool. Practicing water therapy for a few weeks would help eliminate many constipation problems.
Your skin becomes soft and radiant. Many skin problems also disappear.
Other tips
You can add lemon juice if you also want to lose weight. Adding ginger while warming also adds flavor and helps make it easier to drink and also improves digestion.
Do not drink anything else for at least half an hour after drinking the water.
You may need to urinate more frequently in the first few weeks, but there is nothing to worry about. After a while you will urinate normally, although in larger quantities.
