How much does it cost to join?
You can expect to pay around $315, which is relatively low, to get your business up and running. This includes an initial product order and fees for joining the company as an independent stylist. I've talked to other sales reps and they've purchased much higher autoship volumes so they can qualify for higher compensation plan profits right from the start. You also have that choice. They also have an optional Qivana Core System product for a monthly cost of $75 to $80, depending on whether you use Autoship or not.
You'll have access to their automated marketing website, sales and product training, and help with personal profiles for your social media pages like Facebook. You get all their marketing tools, but they tell you that “all you do is send people to your site, let the system work for you and track and close”. Easier said than done, but this is nothing new for virtually all businesses online. The hard part is getting an audience interested in being directed to the site in the first place.
The product line
Qivana doesn't just sell products individually; They have developed a system consisting of 3 different types of supplements designed to help your immune system become stronger. The health philosophy is: Stabilize, vitalize and optimize. The system is divided into two main categories.
*The Qore system: This system is further divided into Qore Essentials, Qore Probiotics, Qore Defense and Qore Detox. These are different forms of nutritional supplements that are meant to be taken in a very specific order.
*The metabolism: This is primarily a review by Dr. Donald Layman developed weight loss system. There are four main supplements within this system: Metaboliq Shake, Metaboliq Stick, Metaboliq Boost and Metaboliq Resist.
Salary/compensation plan
Qivana pays IBO (independent business owners) in three ways: team commissions, bonuses and retail commissions. Qivana uses a binary compensation plan. This means your rep team will split into two separate legs, left and right. The leg in which you have the highest sales volume is usually considered your performance leg. The leg with the weaker sales volume is called the pay leg. This is the leg from which you make profits.
There are three main ways to get paid with Qivana's binary plan. It is through team commissions, executive matching bonus and incentive bonus. Your commission is 10% of the total volume in your lower volume branch. To start earning profits, you need to be active with certain point values every month. In addition to the 10% commission, there are bonuses that generate additional winnings: Executive Matching Bonuses, Quick Start Bonus, Builder Bonus and the Silver Bonus, which can significantly increase your winnings.
Silver Pro if you have sponsored someone on your left and right legs.
The Executive Matching Bonus (EMB) allows you to earn a share of the team commissions of the people you sponsor, which is up to 7 generations. A generation is every Independent Stylist among you who has qualified as an EMB. There are criteria you and your team must meet to qualify.
The first is called the Silver2 bonus. As a leader, you must help each of your sponsored IBOs directly under you achieve a Silver rank.
The next bonus is called the quick start bonus. It's the fastest way to earn a bonus as a new SVP for Qivana.
And finally the builder bonus. You will be rewarded when your sponsored IVP places an initial order of 225 PV or more. The Builder Bonus you receive depends on your Autoship PV (Personal Volume) and depends on the initial order quantity.
There are also retail commissions that are earned every time you sell a product and when the buyer orders that product through Autoship, which creates another form of residual income.
Last words
Qivana's compensation plan has a few variables that determine how much you get paid. One of the main variables is the people you recruit into your downline team. With an MLM, you have to rely heavily on other people's performance to earn bonuses and commissions. This is where the majority of your income comes from.
Given the huge popularity of health and awareness, Qivana's product line is sure to be compelling and one that consumers will be interested in. As with all dietary products, the claims are typically not supported by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, but that hasn't slowed the enormous wave of these goods being made available online and offline.
One of the things that has hurt the industry is MLM products that don't deliver what they promise. Nothing damages the reputation of a company and its representatives faster than poor product quality or performance.
Another aspect that you should carefully consider is that your company's product must be something that you believe in and use yourself. If you can't get excited about your product, you're probably in the wrong business.
