Perioral dermatitis, healing with natural remedies

Perioral dermatitis, healing with natural remedies
If you are confronted with perioral dermatitis, you have most likely asked yourself, no matter how long you are busy with the disease, whether something will bring a complete healing. I asked the same thing often. See, I was healed by the perioral dermatitis (pod), and I am committed to announcing hope and offering other practical solutions.
There are two main directions that I could follow in this article because I think there are two main components for healing pod. One is the physical side: your body and skin. The other is in the invisible area: your thinking and your emotions. I am not a doctor or psychologist and still have years of experience with myself and others in researching the wide areas of health and well -being.
For the purpose of this article, I will discuss solutions that are relevant for your body and skin.
I used the word "of course" in my title because I would like to pass on information that comes from the organic world, so to speak. Your doctor may have prescribed antibiotics and/or a topical gel or a cream. You have to decide whether this path is for you or a combination of natural remedies and medicine.
Here are the products that I used when I healing perioral dermatitis and most of them are still using for my general health:
1. AKN skin care supplement in the way of nature
vegetable blood sloter, comes in capsules.
2. Wash your face with neem soap
neem is an oil from India that is wonderful for the skin and has great healing properties. You can find neem soap in your local health food store.
3. Apply a combination of lavender-tebaum oil grape core oil
Mix 10-15 drops of lavender and tea tree oil with 2 tablespoons of tubes and apply your skin 1-2 times a day.
4. Oregano oil capsules
oregano oil is known to be a strong antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and antiparasitic oil that can relieve pain and inflammation and combat infections effectively.
5. Braggs apple cider vinegar
Mix two tablespoons of ACV with 16 ounces of water and sip it. Sometimes I add honey and sometimes not. Apple cider vinegar is a strong antioxidant and compensates for the pH value and thus reduces the yeast in the body.
6. Tom’s of Maine SLS-free toothpaste
You want to remove sodium lauryl sulfate and fluoride from your toothpaste. For some people, these are strong culprits behind perioral dermatitis.
Now that I am pod free, I can use products with SLS if I want.
and nobody denies that SLS is a skin and eye stimulant.
7. SLS-free shampoo, soap and lotion
Most likely you will find these products in your local food chain or safely in a health food store. Burt’s Bees claims that all of its products are SLS-free.
I recommend that you deal with your healing as much as possible. That may sound crazy for many of you! I know I just wanted to be finished with the perioral dermatitis! My best friend kept encouraging me to "slower" and "to relax" because the fear that I had over my skin condition only made things worse.
Your task is: Breathe, look in the mirror and be nice to your skin. You are not this disease! All products I mentioned are good for all of you, so try them out with a holistic way of thinking and not just to free you from POD. I believe that this way of thinking will support faster healing. On their abundance!
