Do you feel like you're at the end of trying to figure out why you have ITP? And are you tired of resorting to all these harmful treatments? Even the thought of removing the spleen makes your blood run cold. I completely understand. My husband and I felt the same way when our daughter Vivianna was diagnosed with extremely low platelet counts and then diagnosed with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). In our desperate search for a solution, we came across a naturopath who was using a little-known testing procedure using a device called a bio-tracker.

Low platelet count - How to find out what is causing your ITP

Do you feel like you're at the end of trying to figure out why you have ITP? And are you tired of resorting to all these harmful treatments? Even the thought of removing the spleen makes your blood run cold. I completely understand. My husband and I felt the same way when our daughter Vivianna was diagnosed with extremely low platelet counts and then diagnosed with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).

In our desperate search for a solution, we came across a naturopath who was using a little-known testing procedure using a device called a bio-tracker. The device uses EAV (full electroacupuncture) testing and is very effective at finding out what triggers may be causing the inflammation and immune system breakdown. By simply taking a sample of saliva and conducting a comprehensive series of tests on the DNA, the doctor can come to a conclusion about what provocations are present for this particular person. There are other EAV testing equipment on the market such as: B. the avatar, which can carry out similar tests.

One of the problems I encountered in recommending this test is the difficulty in finding natural health practitioners who use this type of EAV testing to diagnose the body's intolerance.

People from all over the world have asked me where they can do such tests. Other than advising them to call every naturopath in a particular country and ask them if they use EAV testing equipment, I have no idea what to tell them. Other than the naturopath here in Georgia, USA who tested our daughter, I could not find any other practitioners to recommend. It seems to be the world's best kept secret, but I won't give up my search. My own practitioner has stated that she is willing to accept more clients, but only if they come from the US or Canada. The tests she performs do not require seeing her in person. She sends a kit and you take samples and send them back to her. Due to logistics, attracting customers from abroad is difficult, to say the least.

During my search for more knowledge, I discovered another type of test that can be performed to determine any intolerances a person may have.

Many people with low platelet counts have already suspected that their ITP may be triggered by certain foods, etc. Some have already eliminated many commonly known trigger foods such as wheat, dairy, yeast, etc. from their diet, but are still not experiencing any positive improvement in their platelet levels. This is where these tests excel because they can reveal areas in your diet where you think you are eating the healthiest foods to build up your low platelet count, but in reality a simple food like broccoli or even a potato or herbs could actually be causing severe intolerance and inflammation.

This test I recently came across is called ALCAT (Antigen Leucocyte Cellular Antibody Test). During my research, I found that these tests are available in many countries and in many cases may even be covered by insurance, depending on the company. This test requires a blood sample that is analyzed to detect minute changes in white blood cells in response to more than 150 foods and food additives. The test results list not only the foods and substances that cause the greatest reaction, but also the level of sensitivity.

Between the EAV testing bio-tracker system and the ALCAT, it may be possible to finally figure out why you have a low platelet count.

It's definitely worth investigating further. What do you have to lose, your health, your spleen?
