Nothing is more valuable than your health
How valuable is your health? If you manage to make a lot of money and have a lot of stuff, what's the point if you're not there to enjoy it. That's right, if you don't have your health, you don't have much else. Therefore, your health will pretty quickly become one of your top priorities. Such a shame that recently the actor who played Tony Soprano passed away, same goes for the father in the fresh Prince of Bel Air. Two very successful actors who died before they should have.
It makes me think about our health and it becomes very real. Some of us even accelerate our path to quitting with unhealthy lifestyle choices like drugs. I mention this because Philip Seymour Hoffman recently passed away. They found him dead with a heroin syringe in his arm. So please stay healthy and avoid harmful activities that are clearly harmful to your health.
You know, I was watching an episode of one of my favorite showsShark tank. Funnily enough, sharks are very concerned about health. You could tell by the dollar they're willing to invest some of the things they think are good ideas. They like things that are normal healthy items. I think maybe it's because they all know that they need their health to enjoy their millions and billions of dollars. Not to mention, the costs can be immense if you are in poor health. Remember I said that one of the main reasons for bankruptcy in the US was healthcare costs or debt. Things can pop up pretty quickly, and they can cost you a pretty penny.
You often hear that “prevention is better than cure.” This is so true! Many don't take it very seriously until they have had or are having a major health problem.
Or maybe someone had a major health problem and overcame it. When that happens, I'm sure they'll be very grateful. They don't want to go through this ordeal again. Not taking care of yourself is like playing “Russian Roulette.” In other words: “roll the dice”! You don't want to risk your health or just wish and hope for good health. There are things you can do to improve or maintain your health.
Now think about going to your doctor. You need to take some time out from your busy schedule and plan your day around it, maybe even Children's Day. Then you go, wait in the waiting room, wait in the room. Then you have to pick up a prescription, etc. You probably don't want to leave.
Also, don't forget those who depend on you, perhaps like your children. We want to play games with the children, read with the children, go to their school events and much more.
So don't neglect your health and do your best to be as healthy as possible. Your health is too valuable; not only for you, but also for your loved ones.
