Modern medicine developed relatively recently in the evolution of humanity. Your therapeutic goal is to eliminate the symptoms. It became so influential in this short period of its existence that it is now the conventional form of healing throughout the world.
This modern (biomedical) approach assumes that the body becomes sick from virulent attacks from outside and uses drugs, vaccines, surgery and other high-tech procedures to combat and eliminate the symptoms.
Despite all the sophisticated technological methods to diagnose and treat diseases, lifestyle disorders are becoming a major health problem and modern medicine seems ineffective and even handcuffed in its treatment.
Therefore, public aversion to more natural methods and taking responsibility for one's own health will prevail.
Five basic principles*Healthy food
According to the philosophy of naturopathy, our health is determined by our diet. Lack of success in gardening and caring for pets and farm animals can also be attributed to inadequate nutrition.
*Fast
Reducing all or part of our concentrated (energy) food intake when we feel sick is said to have several benefits. The power gained from fasting is hormonal – a natural anti-inflammatory response. Fasting helps increase hormonal strength (body's natural anti-inflammatory response). It is recommended to drink raw vegetable juices that are easy to digest.
*Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is the external use of water to treat injuries and illnesses. For example: Bathing your hands and feet in cold water can help you fall asleep more relaxed.
*Self-massage
Daily self-massage of the face and stomach is easy and pleasant. You can swap lower back and shoulder massages with a friend or spouse. Seek professional help for muscle and joint disorders.
*Gentle exercise
Naturopathy says that grazing and exercise problems are usually due to underuse or abuse. Gentle exercise like yoga is beneficial both physically and mentally.
Well-being is an intimate feeling and caring for our well-being should start on a personal level. Instead, we have become so dependent on the healthcare system that almost every time our organs communicate disorder, we simply expect an institution to take over and fix the problem - without even considering other options.
But I firmly believe that in the future more and more people will convert to themselves, learn to love and respect their bodies, listen to their bodies and care for them properly, enjoy healthy food and rediscover the shine and expression of their individual uniqueness as a contribution to the world.
