However, all of my sources say it's okay to eat eggs since they're considered a protein rather than a dairy product. However, there may be times when you cannot eat eggs. I know the cause, it's probably due to allergies. Below is my friend's true story, she found out why she can't eat eggs.
She went to a naturopath/kinesiologist. Apparently she tested positive for allergies to chicken/eggs, calcium, vitamin B, sugar, corn, grains, salt, and all the things that feed candida, she guesses. This makes sense since she has heard that candida causes allergies that lead to an addiction to the same foods. Seems that Candida creates an addiction to the foods it feeds on due to allergies.
However, her naturopath told her that Candida had infected all of her major organs except the heart. These include: brain, thyroid, pancreas, spleen, liver, kidneys, bladder, intestines, colon and reproductive organs. She thinks it's in her appendix too, but she doesn't remember the doctor saying that.
