Caught the flu virus? A quick restoration is possible

When I hurried out of the door for a flight to central territory to visit my parents, sister and my niece, I unfortunately left my bottle of triple flu defense. In fact, my neck hurt the day after my arrival and my nose started to run. I immediately started gurgling with salt water and rinsing my nose. The best way to prepare for an inevitable exposure is to avoid food allergens, to feed on your blood group, to relax 8 hours every night and to do sports regularly.
