Chakras, feelings and the law of attraction
It's probably been over 20 years since I first read about the chakras in a book by Shirley McLaine and I can't help but remember what a load of rubbish I thought it was. Chakras, feelings and the law of attraction
It's probably been over 20 years since I first read about the chakras in a book by Shirley McLaine and I can't help but remember what a load of rubbish I thought it was. It's funny how experience changes our perception, and that's how it was with the chakras in my life.
About 10 years ago I had a period of malaise that was indescribable by my regular medicine and resistant to natural medicine and I went to bed for 5 days with only the desire to sleep. These struggles lasted about 18 months until a friend referred me to a spiritual healer who brought me wellness. I believe it cleared blockages in my chakras. This enabled the process of Kundalini, in which divine energy rises through the path of the chakras. Wellness mostly came back into my life, but this path of un-wellness is pretty typical of people who endure kundalini. I discovered crystals and began meditating with them to clear blockages. Since then, life has steadily improved.
“Kundalini is both the energy and essence of life and the practice of becoming aware of it.”

I hope I haven't lost you at this point. I don't advocate this as the only truth, but it was my experience and it was very convincing. If you Google Kundalini you will see a lot of discussion about people trying to achieve Kundalini and for some it is as if it is a goal in itself, almost to the point that achieving that Kundalini somehow makes them superior.
For me it was mostly a pain and this is the first time I have revealed this experience. I found that energy blockages and a heightened experience of emotions only made life more difficult. About 9 months ago I frustratedly sought out a crystal healer to relieve the blockages I was experiencing as the spiritual healer I initially saw had retired. This proved very successful, although I was quite ill a few times a few days later, such was the upheaval. But now I definitely feel good and strong most of the time.
It was the improvement in energy flow that led me to recognize the confluence between the chakras and Abraham's idea that our feelings are an indicator of whether we are creating positively or negatively.
"Chakras, as described above, are energy centers along the spine, located at major branches of the human nervous system, starting at the base of the spine and moving up to the top of the skull. Chakras are considered a point or nexus. Shumsky explains that "Prana is the fundamental component of your subtle body, your energy field and the entire chakra system...the key to life and the source of energy in the universe."
Charkras - Wikipedia
Have you ever thought about how you experience emotions? What are the mechanics of this experience that affects our entire lives because we are so powerful in our lives?
Have you ever experienced butterflies in your stomach: a final in a sports game; speaking in public; An achievement; an exam; or any number of stressful situations? This is probably the easiest way to indicate that you are experiencing the influence of your chakras.
The third chakra, located at the solar plexus, has fear and restlessness under its influences. So when you find yourself in a stressful situation, you feel that horrible upset stomach feeling. This is your third chakra at work, as the divine energy transferred to your chakras through the spine is your higher self indicating whether you are creating negatively.
Feelings transmitted through the chakras can also be positive and euphoric at their best, but it seems to me that these negative feelings have a greater “density” that makes them pervasive and persistent, so we often hold onto them for long periods of time. I think positive feelings are more short-lived. More temporary and as such I think it is why we are more prone to carrying around negative feelings. I'm sure you've experienced the fleetingness of joy and the persistence of anger and fear, which is why it's so important to look for a better thought and always have the intention to feel good.
The charkas are your connection to your higher self through which the feelings indicative of how you create are transmitted, and it is worth pursuing things like crystals, Bach flowers, aromatherapy and yoga, which can be used to enhance and control the effects of the chakras so that you "feel good" more often, improve your life and help you create positively.
